GDFRL will have a booth at the 7th annual “Paws in the Park” hosted by Charlotte Black Dogs!

FREE FAMILY EVENT!
“Paws in the Park”
Saturday, April 6, 2019
10am-3pm
Rain or Shine
Pineville Lake Park at 1000 Johnston Drive, Pineville, NC 28134
Please bring your pup out, and plan on spending the day with us.
10am, our event kicks off with a ‘Blessing of the Animals’ and our NEW Fundraiser “Walk for Paws”, which will benefit the Rescue Groups & Animal Shelters participating at “Paws in the Park”.

“Paws in the Park” will have 150 vendors, Dog Rescue Groups/ Animal Shelters with dogs available for adoption, Food Trucks, Kids Playground and Demonstrations.
We will have AWESOME Family Entertainment:
“Caution! Blind Driver” on stage all day!|
“Circus Stella” doing 3 shows, “Captain Jim” doing 3 shows and “Sky High Skyler”
Fun Dog Contests, with CASH prizes!
Noon on stage (sign up required by 11:30am at Welcome Tent, limited to 15 pups in each category)
1. Smallest Dog (1yr & up)
2. Largest Dog
3. Best Dog Trick
4. Best Dressed Female
5. Best Dressed Male
6. Dog & Owner Resemblance

1. You are responsible for your pet
2. Please bring only friendly dogs (spayed or neutered a must)
3. Please make sure your pet is up to date on all shots
4. Please bring your own “poop” bags (and clean up after your pet)
5. NO RETRACTABLE leashes will be allowed for the safety of everyone. (If you do have one, we request that it be kept shorten at all times.
