Meet Holly!

Holly

Holly is a 9 month old pup who was surrendered by her owner because as she got bigger…as Great Dane puppies do…she was knocking the kids down when she played. She was great with them, but it was too much for the mom so she surrendered her.

Holly needs to gain a little weight, and she came to us with demodex, a common kind of mange, which is easily treated with weekly meds and will be gone in no time! She will then need to be spayed so she won’t be ready for adoption for about 8 weeks.

Holly is great with other dogs. She is house-trained and crate-trained and knows some basic commands. She walks very well on leash and loves meeting new people! Holly does have some food aggression if another dog approaches her bowl so she just needs to be fed separate. Holly is NOT good with cats.

Requirements for adopting Holly:
1. Fenced yard
2. Giant breed experience/ownership
3. Kids 5 yrs and older
