Damon is a handsome 14 month old Great Dane mix. He is a sweet boy that loves to play hide ‘n’ seek, fetch and enjoys walks. Damon also goes to daycare to help keep up his socialization skills and to simply have fun with other dogs. Damon has completed a 3 week training program at the Dog Wizard and continues to go to group class a few times a month and he really loves it! He is a quick study; learns quickly and wants to please. Damon will need to stay “outgoing” because he needs/depends on meeting new people, new dogs, and going places to continue his growth.
Damon was rescued from a shelter and sadly didn’t know how to “be a dog” – what a reward for him to finally relax a bit and enjoy life for the first time. An amazing gift to give!! In his down time, Damon is the best lap dog!! He loves to snuggle, and be right by your side, he is very loyal companion, he will become your best friend as soon as you meet him. Damon will fit perfectly with a family of older children 12+ and best with a female dog in the home; this is ideal for him. Damon’s foster siblings are a Great Dane, Catahoula, Lab Mix, a cat and a bird! He does well with the foster family zoo!
